ABACBS 2025 Workshops
Workshops are a core feature of the ABACBS annual meeting, and 2025 will be no exception. This year, sessions will be held at Flinders University’s Festival Plaza venue in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD (right by the train station) on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 November. These will be run in parallel with the BioC Asia Bioconductor Conference. Attendees will have the opportunity to move between works or BioC Asia sessions as both are held in the same building.
Workshops are organised into topic streams, and we’ve done our best to minimise overlap. Click here to see the program
Please register using the form below. Fees are set at a flat rate per day.
$50 for ABACBS or ISCB members (use member email for registration)
$80 for non-members
When registering, please select all the workshops you intend to attend so we can keep an accurate count of participants.
Workshop times are subject to change and please use the registration form as a guide.
Group Bookings: For group registrations, enter the details of the primary attendee and then email the organisers with the full list of participant details:
- Names and emails of all attendees
- Days attending (Thu/Fri)
- Selected workshops per attendee
- Dietary requirements

Demand to host a workshop was exceptionally high this year, so in some cases presenters had to shorten their sessions, and unfortunately a few proposals could not be accommodated. We apologise for this, but we’d like to thank everyone who submitted an EOI. We truly appreciate the effort the community put into developing these workshops. We’ll be doing our best to advertise these and make sure attendance is as high as possible.
